A vegan lasagne my boyfriend and I made! :) Pretty easy, we made this awhile ago, I can’t remember the exact recipe, but we used Pici pasta dough to make lasagne sheets, and we used a can of tomatoes to make a tomato sauce (with garlic & onion & basil & olive oil) and we also made a white sauce with making a roux with flour & margarine and then adding soya milk to a good consistency, and more basil/other spices/salt & pepper, and then layered it, and put it in the oven for a bit.. probably 200 degrees Celsius for a few minutes, keep an eye on it.. sorry for the lack of clear instructions, but cooking is all about experimenting and finding out what works for you and your equipment. :) I’ll try and find out exact measurements sometime when I/we make it again. :) Happy Cooking!
